Option 1 – No returns or exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com and provide details of the product and its defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the following address:
When we receive the returned product, we will review it carefully and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if its defect entitles you to a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace or refund the purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.
Option 2 – Refund allowed
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase if you present your receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once we receive the returned product, we will review it carefully and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if you are eligible for a refund. If you qualify, we will refund the purchase price according to the original method of payment.
Only items with current price can be refunded. Items sold at reduced prices are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply.
