Reduce the dose if flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin occurs. This product is not intended to replace sleep. Creatine can lead to weight gain.
RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. (oral): 1 serving (12 g) per day. Take up to an hour before, or during periods of physical stress.
