DOSAGE
Adults (19 years old+): 1 serving, 1 time per day. Avoid taking before bedtime. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid immediately before consumption.
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Consume 45-90 minutes before exercising.
