In most cases, people in general do not need to diet, count calories, cut down anything they crave or do 7 hours of cardio per week. It's all about finding a balance: a balance between your goals and the efforts you are willing to make to achieve it. Determine clearly with your coach what goals you want to achieve and remember to set deadlines. The clearer your goals, the easier it will be to develop an effective game plan. The best plan is the one you will be able to do! The key to success is in your lifestyle. Change a habit at a time, go step by step, fat loss is not a sprint, but a marathon. There are slopes, wind, sunshine: lots of things will come between you and your final goal. Will you be able to overcome them?

Make sure to be well surrounded, well advised, before starting this famous journey, many starts the race, but few finish it! And for training, find the way to surpass yourself, not to mention the pleasure!
