THE DAILY BALANCE
- Anthony Campbell
In most cases, people in general do not need to diet, count calories, cut down anything they crave or do 7 hours of cardio per week. It's all about finding a balance: a balance between your goals and the efforts you are willing to make to achieve it. You want the same physique as Arnold Schwarzenegger, but you do not want to train more than twice a week and eat at least 3 meals a day? Revise your goal or become aware of the effort.
Determine clearly with your coach what goals you want to achieve and remember to set deadlines. The clearer your goals, the easier it will be to develop an effective game plan. By experience, diets, too strict diet plans, calculation of calories, it lasts a time and in most cases, not long enough. Find the most effective way for you to achieve your goals. The best plan is the one you will be able to do!
