SHRIMP & BROCCOLI STIR-FRY

1 cup Broccoli 1 cup Shrimps 1/2 cup Cashew 1 tbsp XPN Coconut Oil

First, cut the broccoli heads, put them in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil XPN and boil (steam). Afterwards, leave the skillet and place the shrimp directly over medium heat. The addition of spices is at your discretion. A bit of avocado oil will add to the taste. Assemble the whole once baked, and add the cashews!
