GOAT CHEESE & AVOCADO TOAST

Perfect snack: gluten-free, lactose-free and high in fiber!
2 Glutino bread slices (gluten-free!) 1 tbsp XPN Coconut Oil 2 tbsp plain goat cheese 1/2 avocado
Grease the 2 slices with the coconut oil. Grill in skillet on both sides. Spread goat cheese over the 2 slices. Couper l’avocat et déposer. Enjoy!
