TIP OF THE DAY: BCAAs.

There’s two approaches with BCAAs:
- In a maximum growth phase I like to have 10-15g of BCAAs 15 minutes before my main meals, this augments the anabolic response to the meal by triggering mTor and more of the meal will be used to build muscle.
- In a fat loss phase, I prefer to have 10-15g of BCAAs in-between meals to prevent catabolism. During a fat loss phase, you can also use a product called AMINO+RECOVERY which includes ingredients that lower cortisol levels, which is important while dieting down as excess cortisol will make you lose muscle mass.
