RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE :Increases muscle mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen. Improves performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly-intense physical activity (e.g. sprints, jumping, resistance training) by increasing muscle energy levels.
RECOMMENDED DOSE :Adults:
Loading phase: Take 1 scoop 3-4 times (15-20 g) daily. Do not exceed 5 g per dose.
Maintenance phase: Take 1 scoop (5 g) daily. Mix with 4 fl oz of water, juice or your favorite drink. Take separately from products containing caffeine (e.g. coffee, cola, etc.).
WARNINGS :Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May result in weight gain. Store in a cool dry area. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
