Recommended use or purpose: Workout supplement and athletic support. Source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are involved in protein synthesis. Helps increase physical performance during intensive exercise. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Provides antioxidants.
Recommended dose: Adults. Take 1 scoop daily. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Consume immediately after exercising.
Warnings: Ensure to adequately hydrate before, during, and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are following a low protein diet, if you have a liver disease, a kidney disease, a seizure disorder, or any type of acute infection, if you are taking any prescription medication. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
