Option 1 – No returns or exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com and provide details of the product and its defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the following address:
When we receive the returned product, we will review it carefully and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if its defect entitles you to a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace or refund the purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.
Option 2 – Refund allowed
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase if you present your receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once we receive the returned product, we will review it carefully and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if you are eligible for a refund. If you qualify, we will refund the purchase price according to the original method of payment.
Only items with current price can be refunded. Items sold at reduced prices are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply.

Refunds do not cover the shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid in advance, and you also have to pay the insurance costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage to equipment that may occur during shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The amounts reimbursed will therefore not include the cost of delivery.
1. General informations
Orders are subject to availability of inventory. If the item(s) is out of stock at the time you order it, we will notify you and will refund the total amount of your order, depending on the original method of payment.
2. Shipping locations
Items on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada. [We also accept orders from customers in all countries that have their item delivered to an address in Canada only.] No delivery outside of Canada is currently available.
3. Shipping delay
An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are only estimated and are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of the order. They are intended as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Except in exceptional circumstances, we will spare no effort to ensure that your product is delivered within  business days of your order date. The working days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we do not ship on [Sunday].
The delivery date may vary depending on shipping practices of the courier company, the place of delivery, the method of delivery and the ordered items. It is also possible that the products are delivered in several separate consignments.
4. Shipping fees
The shipping costs are $ 10 in Quebec and $ 12 for the rest of Canada. We also offer free shipping on orders over $ 75. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory where the item is shipped. Free shipping might not be available in some rural and remote regions in this case, we will provide you a shipping estimate with the cheapest option for you.
5. Items damaged during shipping
If the packaging is damaged in any way upon arrival, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and include a picture if possible.
